oscillating around you

i can’t stay still

your axis sends me spinning

stillness is unnerving

there’s no safety in the silence

comfort suffocates me

because pain feels like love

and your embrace feels like danger

and chaos brings me solace

there’s nowhere to come home to

my mind is oscillating

as you lay still beside me

i want to destroy everything i touch
